Rishikesh,
also known as the ‘place of sages’ is a spiritual town situated
24 kms. Upstream from Haridwar, at the confluence of the Chandrabhaga and
Ganga. Rishikesh, once a sleeping village lying at the foothills of the
himalayas, assumed an important place on the map of india as soon as it
became the springboard for pilgrimage to the four himalayan shrines. Since
then, rishikesh has never stopped growing and it has now been crowned as
yoga and eco city. These are some of the reasons
why properties in rishikesh are presently being very much coveted by the
people of higher & middle-income groups. Some attractive plots of land
on the bank of ganga at prime locations are still available with this firm.
